Cuts out a long skinny envelope and two buttons you can attach to the front of the envelope with brads (so you can use twine to wrap around the buttons to close the envelope). this is a steel rule die – can cut paper, cardboard, thin metal, thin wood, fabric, felt, foam, etc.
